Delivery & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should receive your order within 7 to 14 business days. Our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification and shipping tracking number by email.
In the case that your frame is on back order or delayed from the manufacturer, you will notified by email once your order has been placed. Shipping charges are included within US for orders over $100 US. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for international orders (outside US).

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your glasses, please send a message to our Customer Service Team. and they will assist you with an exchange or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
